Stephanie Smith
Manager
Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. She started her career as a Certified Athletic Trainer working with collegiate athletes. Holding 2 Masters degrees; one in Education and the other in Exercise Science, Stephanie definitely has the knowledge to back up her expertise. After working in corporate health and wellness for Boeing and Potlatch she decided to pursue her Personal Training career after having children. "Personal Training is my true passion, it is very rewarding to work with individuals and see them improve their lifestyle in a way that you know they will have a "Quality of life as well as Quantity!"

Jennifer Szerlog
Assistant Manager
Jennifer has been on staff with Kingston Fitness since July '06. She is responsible for customer service, membership account management and staff training. She makes it a priority to know members by their fist names and making sure their experience at Kingston Fitness is a pleasant one. Her favorite exercise? Running. Her favorite Kingston Fitness classes? PiYo and Spinning.

Exercise and nutrition have always been a vital part of my life. After my fourth child, I experienced a long struggle with a chronic illness. Through proper nutrition and consistent exercise I was able to recover and regain my well being. This experience created an even great appreciation for good helath and the importance of diet and exercise. It led to my desire to become a Personal Trainer so that I could help ohters to gain a better quality of life for themselves as well.

I didn't make fitness a priority until after my fourth child was born. Putting my health first and making time for myself everyday helped me become a better moter and happier person.

Thirty something mother of four who is aware of the challenge of taking time for yourself. Being active as always been a way of life. As a child I remember watching my mom doing the 60-minute workout and my dad played sports. Now as a mom it's even more important to keep myself in tip top shape, and setting a good example to my children. "It's never too late to be a better version of yourself. Don't limit your abilities! We are all built different, but we all have something to bring to the table. It's time to get started on those goals you have set aside to just life life. LET'S GO!"

Dawn Raphael
Personal Trainer
After graduating from PLU, I became a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Counselor to allow more flexibility as a mother of two beautiful girls. I work with a variety of clientele, from the young to the seasoned adult and everything in between. I can do one on one training or share the cost and fun with a friend and sign up for group training.
